Because animals and harvests vary, actual weights and cuts may differ slightly from the listed estimates, and you acknowledge that such variances are normal for ranch‑to‑table products.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may limit the quantities of any products we offer, discontinue any product at any time, or restrict orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

Perishable Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Inspection
Our perishable products are shipped frozen or refrigerated, using insulated packaging and, when applicable, ice packs or dry ice so they arrive in food‑safe condition within the estimated transit window. Risk of loss and title to products transfer to you when the carrier shows the order as delivered to the shipping address you provided.
You are responsible for promptly retrieving and properly storing perishable shipments once delivered. We are not responsible for spoilage or damage caused by delayed retrieval, incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or carrier issues beyond our reasonable control.
Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there are issues with temperature, packaging, or product condition, contact us as soon as possible (generally within 24 hours of delivery) with photos and your order number so we can review the situation.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders placed under the same account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.
